We're excited to have you back with us for the upcoming school year. School begins on Wednesday, August 12, and we want to ensure all our families are prepared. Please take a look at the important information and resources in this post.

2026-2027 School Year Calendar

Be sure to download the calendar for the upcoming school year! You can view all school calendars here or download the PDF attached to this message.

We also have a Google Calendar that you can add to your phone to keep track of the schedule on the go! Click here to add the calendar.

Transportation Information

If we are short on drivers, a route may run late or be combined with another route. This may result in minor delays, but our goal is to continue providing transportation whenever possible rather than canceling service.

Families will be notified of delays, route combinations, or schedule changes through the EZ Arrival App.

Please make sure you have:

Downloaded the EZ Arrival App
Provided the Transportation Department with the information needed to connect your student to the correct route
Reviewed the attached route schedule for current pick-up and drop-off times

Annual Data Confirmation

Parent Data Confirmation opens on August 3 and is required annually from each family.

To begin, please log in to Aeries on or after August 3. You will be prompted to complete the forms before you are able to navigate to any other pages in the Aeries Parent Portal.

Back-to-School Vaccines

Amador County Public Health will hold back-to-school vaccine clinics in August! They offer all vaccines that your child may need for school through the Vaccines for Children program.

Children who are Medicaid/Medi-Cal eligible, are American Indian and/or Alaska Native, or are uninsured and underinsured all qualify for this program.

Dates: August 4, 11, 18, & 25

Time: 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Location: Amador County Public Health - 10877 Conductor Blvd. Sutter Creek, CA

Helping Children Through Vaccines

Amador County Public Health has provided the attached informational flyer for families. This flyer includes helpful tips and suggestions for parents on how to talk with their children about immunizations before their appointment, which may help make the experience more comfortable and positive.
